My son and his friends have taken up hiking and go out every week. He just started this year and climbed Mt Washington with a friend. I thought a book about first aid would benefit them if anything every went wrong. When I gave it to him for Christmas I told him I hoped that he would never have to take it out of his backpack. When he say the book he was thrilled to have just about everything he would need for first aid in a book that is small enough to put in their survival backpack.

Cathy
